Shipping Policy

Free Shipping. We cover the shipping costs for every order, including subscription renewal orders. All RootFlow products are delivered 100% free to your home, with no minimum order amount required.

Processing Time. After placing your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. This includes packaging your order and performing a quality check to confirm your gummies are correctly sealed and defect-free before they ship. On business days, this usually takes just one day. However, if you place your order on Friday night or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Shipping Time. Once your order is processed, it is shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your shipping destination.
